Conditions of sale

Users or customers have the possibility to place all their orders from the Internet site: www.dosel.gal (hereinafter also DOSEL).

The users must have full capacity to use the funds of their current accounts or credit/debit cards and that these have sufficient capital to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products through www.dosel.gal.

During the purchase process, the user declares his full conformity and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use and Sale.

The user will receive the confirmation of his order by e-mail and the data registered in www.dosel.gal will constitute the proof of the transactions made.

DOSEL reserves the right to modify the prices permanently or temporarily at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the moment of the realization of the order, as long as there is availability of the requested products and except for obvious typographical error.

The prices published in Dosel are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale in Dosel. The offers presented by Dosel are valid within the limit of available stocks. Dosel.eu reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to the difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the seller in any way.

DOSEL reserves the right to refuse an order from any user with whom there is a dispute. The prices of the products include VAT.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that all the products sold through the DOSEL website are textile handicraft pieces made with lace and embroidery techniques. Each product is unique and different, so they may be slightly different in description, measurements or colors with respect to what is indicated in the product sheet. These slight variations will not be considered as faults or defects of the product. In addition, DOSEL makes custom orders from scratch or taking examples of other products displayed on the web. For this reason, we recommend that before placing an order and in case of any doubt or search for a customized product, please contact us for a no-obligation consultation.

SHIPPING

The approximate delivery time is 10 days.

All shipments will be certified.

You must take into account that since the products are handmade, the manufacturing period will be variable, which may delay delivery times. Please consult the order without obligation (via phone call or whatsapp) to obtain more specific data on the expected deadlines for your product.
The deadline may also vary due to the availability of materials, in which case DOSEL will contact the customer.

DOSEL is not responsible if delivery periods are extended due to force majeure, carrier related events or if delivery addresses are incomplete or incorrect.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Although unlikely, international shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional import, customs or duties charges that are beyond our control. Dosel would not assume any total or partial cost derived from these expenses. In case of inspection by the customs of your country, if you do not agree with the customs costs, and you decide to reject the order, we will deduct all the costs incurred from the amount to be returned (shipping costs, return costs and management or administrative costs incurred).

SHIPPING COSTS

Depending on the geographical area to which the item is destined, the amount of shipping costs varies according to the following rates (all shipments are certified):
Shipments to Spain: 6.45 eur VAT included.
Shipments to countries within the European Union: 7.55 euros VAT included.
Other countries: 8.55 euros VAT included.

FREE SHIPPING

For those orders over 300 euros and whose destination is within Spain.

ORDER CANCELLATION

As a general rule, it is only possible to cancel an order placed by sending an email to maria@dosel.gal or a message through the contact form on this website before 15h of the same day of the order processing and provided that the customer has not received the shipping confirmation email.

Once the order has been cancelled, the payment will be made in the same way the purchase was made. This process may take a few days depending on the bank.

RETURNS

If upon receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal under the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users by requesting a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and, preferably, using the original packaging in which you received your order or, failing that, using a suitable packaging (box, bag, etc.).

To return an item, you must first contact in the contact form on this page or by email to maria@dosel.gal, indicating order number and name of the item to be returned). You must indicate the reason for the return for each of the pieces or items.

If the return is due to a defect in the item, it will be free of charge. If it is for any other reason, there may be a processing and collection cost. All items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent.

Once the return has been made, you will receive the amount by the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 10-15 days, depending on your bank.
